Harvey Carey is the Founder and Senior Pastor of the Citadel of Faith Covenant Church in Detroit, Michigan, the fastest-growing multicultural church in the region. He is known internationally as a dynamic speaker whose inspiring leadership and vision for urban renewal unites people across boundaries of race, age, class and culture. A graduate of Trinity International University, Carey served for nearly twenty years as the Youth and Assistant Pastor of the Salem Baptist Church of Chicago, where he developed a nationally-emulated teen ministry model that reached thousands of inner-city youth in Chicago and in urban areas across the nation.
